Prior to joining Vicus Partners in 2012, Philip held leadership positions in healthcare, business and the arts. His diverse background and his knowledge of New York City real estate allows him to seamlessly interact with a broad range of organizations and bring a multi-disciplinary approach to his work with clients.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Bridgeport, Mr. Gardiner embarked on a multifaceted career blending his impeccable research skills, curiosity about the human condition and business savvy. One of his proudest moments as a Tenant Rep occurred in December 2016 when a 30 year lease for an 80,000 SF building located in the South Bronx was executed for Boys Prep Elementary and Middle Schools. Once construction was complete, the building would be “home” to 800 Students from grades K-8.
He is currently representing a team of visionary leaders in the medical profession, lead by two distinguished NYC Obstetricians who have plans to open the first of it’s kind ambulatory neonatal care and birthing center in the country in Manhattan.
He is a member of REBNY and resides in Bronxville, NY with his girlfriend, an Expressionist painter with whom he co-curates art shows in NYC, CT and Long Island. In between deals, Philip enjoys travelling to the Caribbean, skiing anywhere in the world, and spending time with family and friends. He is an avid reader of books written by investigative journalists
