Robert Kornfield, DPM

Dr. Robert Kornfeld is a functional medicine/regenerative medicine podiatrist specializing in chronic foot and ankle pain, sports medicine and traumatic foot and ankle injuries. He was the first podiatrist in the U.S to train in and practice both functional and regenerative medicine and has been at the forefront of these fields for 38 years.

Dr. Kornfeld is the Founder of The Institute for Functional Podiatric Medicine, an institute that trains podiatrists in both functional medicine and regenerative medicine. He has lectured extensively around the country and has been published in many medical journals and publications. He is a member of a newly formed multi-disciplinary international group of regenerative medicine specialists who share knowledge, experience and research to improve the outcomes of regenerative medicine protocols.
