Bill Dennis, President & CEO

William Dennis, M.Ed., is a senior healthcare strategist, executive leader, and trusted connector with more than four decades of experience at the intersection of medicine, healthcare, dentistry, wellness, leadership development, and organizational growth. He is widely recognized for building high-trust professional networks that help clinicians, entrepreneurs, and investors collaborate more effectively while advancing sustainable, human-centered models of care.

As President and CEO of Metro Collaborative, Bill leads interdisciplinary communities and advisory initiatives that bring together physicians, dentists, mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, executives, investors, and innovators. His work is focused on strengthening communication, fostering meaningful collaboration, and helping professionals grow their practices with greater clarity, stability, and integrity. Under his leadership, Metro Collaborative has become a respected platform for relationship-driven growth, peer dialogue, and cross-sector partnership inside healthcare and the wellness industries.

As President of Practice Success, LLC, he advises healthcare leaders on practice development, leadership communication, and business strategy. His approach combines operational insight with deep psychological understanding, helping clinicians and owners navigate complex systems while staying grounded in purpose and values.

As Chairman of the Board of Clinical and Herbal Innovations, he works with researchers, medical leaders, fractional executives, and investors to promote evidence-informed natural health solutions. His recent focus has been on cardiovascular and metabolic health, bioregulatory medicine, and the responsible integration of innovation within clinical settings. Throughout these ventures, he emphasizes scientific rigor, ethical leadership, and long-term impact.

Bill’s foundation is rooted in psychology, counseling, and mind-body medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology and humanities from Carnegie Mellon University and completed a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. Early in his career, he worked as a biofeedback therapist, meditation teacher, and services coordinator at The Himalayan Institute’s Combined Therapy Program. In 1978, he co-founded The Center for Holistic Medicine in New York City with Rudolph Ballentine, MD, to support patients and train professionals in stress management, nutrition, and integrative care.

During the 1980s and 1990s, Bill became a sought-after consultant and educator, lecturing on healthcare systems, technology, and leadership at institutions including Tufts University, NYU College of Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He also helped modernize medical and dental practices through early practice management software and team-based business models, assisting clinicians to adapt to changing healthcare environments.

Over time, Bill’s work shifted toward building collaborative ecosystems rather than isolated practices. He has facilitated hundreds of professional groups, workshops, and leadership forums designed to reduce professional isolation, improve decision-making, and create meaningful referral and partnership pathways. His leadership approach emphasizes presence, accountability, emotional intelligence, and shared purpose.

Today, Bill continues to lead virtual and in-person programs, interdisciplinary circles, and executive advisory engagements through Metro Collaborative. He is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals and innovators who aim for both excellence and balance in their work. Known for his steady leadership style and ability to connect diverse stakeholders, Bill remains a guiding presence for those building the next generation of healthcare and wellness enterprises.

His 2.5 years living a monastic and holistic lifestyle in his early twenties shaped his work with men, especially The Men's Growth Group, which is now spanning a second Men's Collaborative. Both groups focus on men's issues within healthcare, functional medicine, wellness, longevity, and industry partnerships.

These group meetings, along with his work with clinicians of all types—particularly those in startups in health, wellness, healthcare, and integrative and functional mental health—highlight his comprehensive approach. He teaches stress management and Mindfulness breathing to clients and teams to support mind/body health and successful outcomes.

He supports women clinicians in creating podcasts, study and mentor groups, client classes, expanding referral networks and collaborations, partnerships, writing innovative books, and building communities to further understandings of women's wellness and longevity.

Currently, he divides his time between Maryland, Delaware, NYC, the Pocono Mountains, and the Caribbean. Outside of work, he values family, physical activity, contemplation, prayer, meditation, the gym, great books on personal and professional growth, and lifelong learning, as well as leading Men's groups and facilitating book study clubs.

For speaking engagements, podcasts, collaborations, or media inquiries, Bill can be reached at bill@metrocollaborative.com or via www.metrocollaborative.com.

Suzanne Kellner-Zinck, CERTIFIED TRAINER OF HYPNOSIS AND NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

You can call me a transformational holistic healer if you want - but hypnosis and NLP are what my life has been all about for the past 20 years! It saved my health and my life!

My philosophy of care is that one needs not to take any drugs or nutraceuticals after the problem has been cleared with hypnosis. Why? Because the client no longer has the symptoms that brought them in for the healing work in the first place. They no longer think about the problem they once had, moving on living a contented and fulfilled life.
