Jocelyn is an efficiency expert who focuses on ensuring healthcare practices operate across all operating modules within a healthcare practice. 

She holds an M.B.A, with distinction, Yale University certified negotiator, Cornell University certified Diversity & Inclusion specialist, an adjunct professor, and the author of The Big Sister’s Guide to the World of Work (Simon & Schuster).  She has been a key note speaker and appeared on CNBC, FOX, Dr. Phil, CNN, The New York Times, USA Today, and Washington PostForbes, among many other publications. She was awarded the first grant to a woman adjunct business school professor to study psychological safety in the workplace. 

She runs the boutique, global management firm, Sider Road which provides consultation for the healthcare industry.

With over 30 years of executive experience in Fortune 500 and leadership positions, Jocelyn advises international brands, business leaders, and employees on how to accelerate and work efficiently in the healthcare business which ultimately leads to more profitability and happier employees.  

She has held senior positions at Hachette Filipacchi, as editorial director for 15 publications; Wenner Media, as head of broadcasting for Rolling Stone, US, and Men's Journal; and Philip Morris as event manager for Virginia Slims, Bucks, Cartier, and Marlboro. Jocelyn also was co-founder and COO of Colin Cowie, a lifestyle and event brand, and CEO of BriteBean Technology. 

Her love for efficiency was born from being brought on a farm by a Mennonite family along with her traditional suburb family outside of Buffalo, N.Y.  The juxtaposition was the beginning of a lifetime fitting in and sticking out.   

She is currently working her next book on reputation.
