Dora A. Perez, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
Dora is involved in all aspects of patient care, including physical examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies. She believes in using an individualized approach to pain management and offers each of her patients time to properly evaluate and treat their conditions.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. She worked at NYU Langone Health as a Registered Nurse for 10 years prior to receiving a Master’s degree in Nursing at the College of Staten Island. Dora has extensive experience as a Nurse Practitioner in pain management and performs many office-based procedures such as Botox injections for chronic migraine and joint injections. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) and is member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
