Jack Levine, DDS

Dr. Jack Levine is a Connecticut-based dentist whose professional life has been guided by a commitment to understanding and serving his patients. For more than three decades, he has been actively involved in convening and leading groups focused on holistic health and integrative medicine. His long-standing associations include The Connection for Health, AMICUS, and Lotus—communities of like-minded practitioners dedicated to shared learning, professional support, and collaborative referral relationships.

Dr. Levine’s educational path began at Lafayette College, followed by Temple University School of Dentistry. He served four years in the United States Army Dental Corps and pursued advanced clinical education at the L.D. Pankey Institute. These experiences shaped a practice philosophy grounded in both technical excellence and whole-person care.

His leadership and volunteer service have extended well beyond private practice. Dr. Levine has served as Director of Himalayan Health Care, worked with Great Shape Inc. in Jamaica, and volunteered with Dental Volunteers for Israel. As a former faculty member at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, he also led student service trips to Peru, Jamaica, and Haiti, reinforcing his commitment to service, mentorship, and global health engagement.

In recognition of his professional contributions, Dr. Levine has been awarded Fellowships by several distinguished organizations, including the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, the Academy of Dentists International, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy.
