Our first 2017 Westchester dinner
The Westchester Interdisciplinary Collaborative

Dear Members -
Happy, happy new year.
Thank you for your continued commitment to our common work: Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
I know all of you enjoy passionately sharing the pearls of your practice with your peers. It is hard work, it requires preparation of one kind or another because it is not easy to speak to a diverse group listening intently. Yet, our group as well as your practice growth and personal evolution, require commitment.

We are very slowly expanding and as our commitment grows, we learn better who is a fit for our health care conversation. Who is a clinician you respect? Please send an introduction if you will.
I am humbled always at our dinner meetings. Our last dinner was most humbling for me as was a most of 2016 - personally and professionally. For 2017, let us innovate with a strategy of generous presentations and full listening, mindful relationships.
Let's kickoff our new year with a spirited and conscious dinner - where we share lessons and tell essential clinical stories well. Let's listen to each other to draw out the marrow, attracting independent clinicians and health care innovators.
I know it is not always easy for some members to come and consistently participate with us given their schedule. If you make an effort, I think, opportunity for your growth on several levels, expands.
See metrocollaborative.com for updates over the next few weeks; we have a few new members joining us on the site and at dinner. Over time, I know that we've learned collectively and the value of our time together also expands. If you have any thoughts, questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me as always, by email, skype, in person or phone:
