We founded Metro Collaborative to address the need for partnerships among business enterprises.  We achieve this through our unique approach of instituting local “interdisciplinary collaborative groups” that work cohesively to achieve individual business objectives.

Our primary groups include successful physicians, specialists, dentists, and mental health professionals that meet to create community, cross-field understanding and professional referrals. These groups are based in greater New York and Washington DC, and we have emerging groups in both Baltimore and Philadelphia.  

We are additionally expanding to other industries such as Professional Services, Government Contracting and Construction and Building. We also offer customized programs for businesses that serve a wide variety of clients and industries.

Within our meetings, it's easy to connect, exchange thoughts, and collaboratively generate new ideas to refine our practices. Through a facilitated exchange, owners seamlessly form strategic alliances and cross referral partnerships.  By refining our practices through innovative networking, we not only help each others’ businesses thrive, but also significantly improve the consumer experience by simplifying their search for a variety of quality services.

As we know, clients use search engine results to find desired services—but without any real first hand recommendations. Such inexact and random searches are far from ideal for the public, and are an expensive marketing endeavor for professionals. Our groups allow you to know and trust skilled, local specialists whose work is complementary to your own. In other words, your clients can receive referrals to other professionals that you know and trust, and vice versa. With these reciprocal relationships between committed group members, client care, and reach, both extends and expands.

Beyond our core benefits, we also offer additional services.  This starts with marketing and sales support, as well as back office outsourcing. Moreover, we successfully facilitate office partnerships, open houses for members to further connect, staff sharing, and many other arrangements that have enhanced care and reduced overhead.  

Within each group (feel free to explore them on the site), we have a limit of one professional per specialty. This ensures a diverse group with a role for all participants. Furthermore, it avoids concerns regarding internal competition.

Once placed in a group, we encourage you to invite other professionals you know, whom you believe can also benefit. This gives you an opportunity to select people you know and respect. By further connecting with those you already know, and also forging new relationships with local peers, our dinner meetings become productive, fun and informative.
