This interactive program is strategically driven, using zoom technology to tactically grounded you in perennial theories and practices, defining the parameters of success. Work with us to manage the process of positive change; and grow your business in a healthy, stable, and ongoing way.  Our approach to teaching is not just intellectual but experiential, incorporating new ideas and techniques into proven philosophies and methodologies.  Sustaining positive change is not easy. Collaboration, supporting the change in one another is even more challenging.  Successful, long-term professional relationships are built on understanding priorities, values, and budget.   We encourage you to explore and realize your client's view and unique needs.  Learn to ask key questions about the quality of your services, facilities, and communication skills.

Envision the possible, with twenty seminal works, as we explore practical skills and tools to make that vision a reality, This roadmap for how to make the necessary changes to live the vision; with the ability to anticipate, withstand and adapt to the processes of change as they arise. We examine complementary interdisciplinary concepts and practice strategic communication and leadership/management skills to establish a clear blueprint for clinical leadership.  We help you master the art of deliberate communication and active listening—an approach that builds trust and fosters productive, long-term collaboration. We cover the psychology of effective presentations and discuss current issues of concern, such as how to prevent/recover from clinician burnout.

Be challenged and inspired and expand and refine your work with groups.  Gain leadership skills and build your capacity to implement comprehensive client-centered treatment plans and lead successful groups, including health-oriented retreats, practitioner-client workshops, and online courses and seminars.  Our systematic and integrated approach to training combines in-person and recorded/online classwork and select print or audio/visual resources. The program’s 60-minute Live Interactive Classes are held online three times per month @ 730pm. Participants may attend online or via conference call.  We record and post pivotal classes online for your convenience. The best results are derived from active participation in real time.

Clinicians of all types, including dental, medical, mental health, and integrative health/wellness practitioners, as well as attorneys and entrepreneurs.   Build co-diagnostic relationships— a mode of practitioner-patient interaction in which the client/patient is fully invested in his or her own health and is an active participant in the clinical experience.

In addition to our online clinical communications, online professional connections, and collaborative approach to coaching, Metro Collaborative offers participants access to our unique year-round program for clinician leadership retreats and restorative weekend programs for partners, staff, and patients.  This program is open to veterans professionals invited by members of leaders of Metro Collaborative, which offers local interdisciplinary dinners as well as in-person open houses and one on-one-consulting and coaching conversations.
